Who can use HigherEd‑AI?
Educators, training managers, students, and volunteers can all use the platform. Educators set up scenarios and manage cohorts. Students access simulations and review feedback. Volunteers use it for role‑play readiness.
What equipment or setup do I need?
You only require a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and a microphone. No extra software installs are needed. The platform runs in the cloud so you don’t need local servers.
How long does a simulation session take?
How is my performance assessed?
After each session the system records your responses, transcribes the call, and give feedback on any type of evaluators that you require. Educators can view results and identify knowledge gaps.
Can I repeat scenarios or try different roles?
Yes. Although this is dependant the settings chosen by your lecturer or accont holder. Typcially you have 3 attempts to carry out a simulation. Repetition builds confidence and competence.
How secure is my data and privacy?
All data—recordings, transcripts, scores—is stored securely in our cloud environment. Access is role‑based: only you and designated educators can view your records. We comply with industry best practices for data protection.
Will this integrate with our institution’s systems (e.g., LMS, Microsoft 365)?
At present our platform is a ‘stand alone’, but we have plans to develop integration tools for industry standard platforms.
What training or support is available?
We provide an onboarding session for educators, user guides for students, and email support. You can also book a demo or coaching call to ensure your team gets the most out of the platform.
