In this simulation, you will take on a role as a trainee social worker placing a phone call to Laura, a service user facing challenges in her living arrangements and family relationships. The voice‑agent will respond realistically to your questions, enabling you to practise establishing rapport, assessing needs, and identifying next steps. Try this out for free before signing up to a subscription.
The Agent will appear as a PopUp window. When ready, please ‘Start the Call’ to initate the Simulation.
Then select the Handset Symbol to begin the call.
*You may be asked to enable or give permission for your microphone tobe used, so please allow or enable this, for the simulation to commence.
Once you are finished, please end the call by selecting the Handset icon with the strike through it, and close this browser window.
You last attempt will be assessed. This page will allow you to start multiple calls, but our system will only assess the last attempt of your calls.
